  • Dress for winter! Wear warm clothing.


  • Wear Boots!The walking surface inside of the Ice Castles is made of crushed ice. Walking in boots is definitely best.


  • Castles are not created to meet handicap accessibility standards! Everything inside the Ice Castle is made of ice and snow, including the walking paths. On sunny, warm days, the ice and snow will melt and the surface can become slippery.
